What is a Care Circle?

The Children’s Health electronic Personal Health Valet will text you with information and updates about your child’s visits. As your child’s personal representative, you may also add other family members to your child’s care circle through this service. Every person in the care circle will receive all texts sent by this service. By adding a new person, you authorize and instruct Children’s Health to share the healthcare information of your child that is available through this service with each care circle member by text messages to the phone number provided by you. You alone are responsible for ensuring all phone numbers of care circle members submitted by you are accurate and kept up to date. Standard message rates apply for all members of the child’s care circle.
